Go online for small business loans
Reported on Fri, 03 Feb 2006
A growing number of people believe that the solution to their financial problems is more likely to be found on the internet than anywhere else, according to a new report.
Research from Alliance & Leicester shows that two million people in the UK look online for financial advice, an impressive figure given that fewer than one third of Britons choose to consult experts over financial matters.
It appears that the anonymity offered by the internet is a major factor in this, with one in three of those who prefer to search online saying that it is less embarrassing than going to speak to someone in person.
Moreover, the internet is also a valuable source of other forms of financial help, where good-value insurance, mortgages and above all loans can be found.
This is particularly useful for busy small business owners, as going online to organise a small business loan is quicker and more convenient than going to the bank.
